I have lived on the South Coast for most of my life and have been shooting weddings for over 18 years and never had the opportunity to work at Umtamvuna River Lodge near Port Edward on the KZN South Coast, until recently.Â
Chanelle and Willie recently exchanged vows in this beautiful setting. It was a very humid day, quite strange for November on the South Coast.
Chanelle looks gorgeous.
Willie looked handsome.
The ceremony took place in the garden of the river lodge overlooking the mighty Umtamvuna River.
While taking family photos, the clouds started rolling in from the south, the rain was on its way.
A short boat right to the beach (thanks Kevin for your great skipper skills).
We had the most beautiful light when we arrived on the pristine beach.

Arriving back at shore, it was starting to drip with rain. A few quick shots that Chanelle wanted.
The reception was celebrated with friends and family. It was raining quite hard and we had to finish off the evening with some night photos.
